Red Star is an elegant blend of our red wines, which have matured in mulberry barrels for 25 months. The colour is pale ruby-to-brownish red, the nose is juicy, ripe, strong, with aromas of leaves, undergrowth, even leather, all typical of an aged Pinot Noir. On the palate the wine is dry, juicy, distinctive and diverse, strong on tannins. |
