Pinot Noir Selection is the Song of Songs for Pinot Noir of our winegrowing hills. The colour is somewhat more intense compared to the Classic version and the fragrance more versatile. The bouquet of red berries and oak is joined by the aromas of ruby red fruit, even cocoa. A sip will spread a rich flavour on the palate, pleasantly stimulating the taste buds. The finish is nice, with a clearly discernible variety-typical and lasting aftertaste. It can be drunk today, while due to its concentrated flavour and good structure it will also last for decades to come. This is a fact as our Pinot Noirs are well known for their longevity.
