Pinot Noir Passion is only produced from the best vintages. The grapes are carefully selected from vines on the best locations, whereupon the wine matures for two years in oak barrels. The colour is an intense Pinot Noir, practically dark ruby due to the maturing. Tertiary aromas suggest chocolate, earth, leather. On the palate it tastes soft, velvety and noble.
