Is a white wine blend made from three of Jeruzalem's aces: Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and, perhaps surprisingly, White Riesling. It is tended with fine yeast in oak barrels for 14 months in line with the traditional French method. The rich bouquet carries the flavour of ripe yellow fruit and minerality.
