The colour of a pale golden yellow, its bouquet is juicy, intense, fruity and vigorous, with a gentle and nicely interwoven fresh wood flavour. We have created a Pinot Gris that is dry, moderate in alcohol (12.5 %) and full-bodied on the palate. It hides its age very well, being in top shape and tasting perfectly fresh – the palate can still sense the primary flavour of apples.
