White Riesling boasts the label of being the king of white wines. One of the reasons for its fame must be its versatile character. It can be dry, it can be sweet, it can be made from berries infested with noble mould, or it can be something in between.
Our late harvest White Riesling has a tender golden yellow hue and the aroma of clearly discernible ripe and juicy fruit with an overpowering scent of peach, pineapple and dry apples. On the palate its character becomes even more pronounced and vigorous. The lively acids and sugars strike an excellent balance. A style reminiscent of the Rieslings from Germany's Mozela valley.
