The colour of Pinot Noir Tradition Brut is dark salmon. The bouquet suggests a ripe fruity character intertwined with the aroma of red berries. On the palate it tastes exceedingly dry, rounded and rich, while the taste of strawberries clearly pins down a Pinot Noir.

Very specific, for more demanding wine lovers. It works well both as an aperitif or companion to rich meat dishes.
